Construction and Home Remodeling General Warranty (Specific Warranties during job)
At J Alba Construction, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. Our construction and home remodeling projects come with a comprehensive warranty to provide you with peace of mind. Below are the key details of our warranty coverage:
Duration:
Our warranty varies from project to project. Our typical warranty durations are 30 days for a repair and for a full remodel we typically do a full year warranty. We discuss the length of each client’s warranty during the estimation step. During this time, we are dedicated to addressing any issues that may arise.
Coverage:
Workmanship: We guarantee that all work performed by our skilled craftsmen will be free from defects. If you encounter any problems related to our workmanship, we will address and rectify them promptly.
Materials: The materials provided by J Alba Construction to be used in your construction or remodeling project are covered to ensure they meet industry standards. If any materials are found to be defective, we will replace or repair them within the warranty period. If the client provides materials we are not liable for any defects in the material.

Structural Integrity: We stand by the structural integrity of our projects. Any issues that compromise the stability of the construction will be promptly resolved.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, acts of nature, or any alterations or modifications made by parties other than J Alba Construction.
Responsibilities:
To maintain the validity of the warranty, we ask property owners to perform regular maintenance as outlined in our provided guidelines. In the event of a warranty claim, we commit to responding within 3-5 business days and resolving the issue promptly.
Claims Process:
Notify J Alba Construction in writing within 1-3 business days of discovering the issue.
We will conduct an inspection to assess the nature and cause of the issue.
If the issue falls within the scope of this warranty, we will promptly initiate repairs or replacements.
